Maui photographer Michael Roberts has been offering private workshops for underwater photography for over 5 years and now, by demand, he is offering a workshop for those that want to take their "above water" photography to the next level. Both workshops are private and tailored to meet your particular needs. This one on one concept has worked well to get the most learning in the shortest time.

Underwater Photography is a workshop for certified SCUBA divers that want to learn, or improve their underwater photography abilities. To enroll in this workshop you must be a certified SCUBA diver with good buoyancy and have your own underwater camera system. Each workshop day is 5 to 6 hours long and may include diving and topside computer work depending on the subjects we decide to cover. Maui Seascapes is a workshop designed to help you learn to get more than a snapshot of that Maui seascape. Learn some pro tricks to improve your ability to make photographs with more dynamic qualities in light and motion. As always, the idea is to work on the concepts you want or need to learn.
